It all begins from our youth after we are born , nurtured, loved , taken care of as infants 
we grow into toddlers , we experience , learn , discover many things even about the world around us with the instruction of never putting things in our mouths , many other things from those who love , care for us starting with our parents.

When it comes to interacting with  other children that are with in the same age or a year or so older we learn , experience things at the same time as they do with the same interaction that we have with that one other person, at times we notice other things beyond the interactions that we have with other children in our own ways we go towards things that we have a new interest in away from the interacting with the other child, that is seen as rude when we are at the age of say for example five or seven , at times in between that age , older but at the toddler ages it is not deemed as rude because they know we are learning still, it is said that we do not know any better.

The fact is that we do know what we are doing even at that age but at the same time we are exploring new things , at that is one of many ways that we learn about the world around us all.

When we in the preschool, kindergarten & elementary school age things of knowing better gradually change , so does the base of being rude to other children both our age , older, younger.

That very thing gets more , more to where we are to know what is rude , not rude in the
